Jessica Culp
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
I am warm and down to earth, and have years of helping others explore their stress and trauma at a comfortable pace. I am a guide, you are the expert.
I work with clients based on where they are at, not with an agenda. I have a lot of experience in working with trauma, especially those within family of origin and sexual abuse. I understand how trauma impacts the sense of self, and can help clients with learning about the ways trauma impacts them as well as looking at growing in their strengths as they examine the hard parts of life. My office is full of items to explore life beyond talk. Sand tray is an excellent tool, using hundreds of figures for exploring strengths and past challenges as well as exploring the future. I always encourage clients to meet me and at least one other therapist before committing to therapy because feeling comfortable is of paramount importance to a person's healing.
