Jessica Culp
Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
If you are just starting out on your journey of recovery from trauma, I may be a very good match for you. I can meet you right where you are.
I work with clients based on where they are at, not with an agenda. I have a lot of experience in working with trauma, especially those within family of origin and sexual abuse. I understand how trauma impacts the sense of self, and can help clients with learning about the ways trauma impacts them as well as looking at growing in their strengths as they examine the hard parts of life. I always encourage clients to meet me and at least one other therapist before committing to therapy because feeling comfortable is of paramount importance to a person's healing.
