Growth isn't just about being in full bloom; it's the process by which you get there...and how you continue to thrive after all the messiness from that growth. But often, you can't do this alone or without the right tools, support, and encouragement. That's what I'm here for! I specialize in treating individuals and families who have suffered from challenges such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, trauma, and self-esteem issues - to name a few. I use elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment Theory, Trauma-Focused Therapy, Play Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals. Unfortunately, "one size fits all" doesn't apply to therapy, and not every therapist is a perfect match. I understand that therapy can be a vulnerable experience, therefore, I try to be the support system I would want from my own therapist. It's important we have open communication and build trust first. I hope to be a good fit for you!
