My approach is based on science & effective for adults from different generations from Gen Z to Gen X as well as other diverse communities.

It can be distressing & exhausting to feel misunderstood or stuck. Limited support makes it even harder. I’m here to help you work toward your goals and improve your relationships, while staying true to who you are. I specialize in providing affirming therapy for neurodiverse adults & people with chronic mental and physical health concerns, including OCD, autism/ASD, ADHD, generalized anxiety, trauma, & chronic illness (e.g., Long Covid). I also provide diagnostic clarification on neurodivergent/brain style patterns. Together, we can help you to adjust, heal from being misunderstood, reframe your strengths, & plan for your future. My approach is based on science & effective for adults from different generations from Gen Z to Gen X as well as other diverse communities, including students, other health providers, academics, new parents, & entrepreneurs. I used to work in academia, so other high-achievers often choose to work with me since I can understand parts of their world. I would be happy to connect with you. If you’re curious about whether we’d be a good fit for therapy, I offer a free 15-minute video consultation. It’s a great way to explore how I can support you and see if it feels right for you. You’re also welcome to reach out by email/message through this site if you’d like more information. I’m here when you’re ready.
