Therapy is about finding what works for you. Do you hate deep breathing? That's fine! Meditation, is not your thing? Cool. Let's use that knowledge to find the tools that will work for you. We will work as a team to explore who you are and build on that to find what works for you. That might mean challenging your mindsets, talking out your experiences, increasing your communication skills, or stopping some of those thoughts that won't stop sticking in your mind. Whatever it takes to help you meet your goals, I have something in my toolbox that will be a good fit. And if I don't, I'll find it. There is no one-size-fits-all.
