Jeremy Poling

My counseling experience includes treating adolescents, adults, and couples. My practice is highly individualized to address common symptoms associated with anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. I treat my clients as unique individuals with their own distinctive concerns impacting their lives. I greatly honor the trust I am given by them to help them navigate difficult times and unexpected life changes. I believe the decision to start the journey towards healing and reconciliation demonstrates a great deal of courage and resolve. Together we can discern a path towards a more balanced and joyful life. Emotional/spiritual growth and symptom reduction are the primary focus of practice. I accomplish this by helping clients understand how their internal life is interacting with outside stressors causing discomfort and impeding growth. I also endeavor to help clients recognize destructive patterns in personal relationships that may be keeping them from further healing. In addition to private practice experience, I also have pastoral/spiritual counseling experiene.
