I’m a second-generation Vietnamese-American therapist who works with individuals navigating overthinking, anxiety, depression, intergenerational trauma, and relational or attachment challenges. I blend psychodynamic insight, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and attachment theory to help you untangle patterns, rebuild trust, and feel secure in yourself and your relationships.
