Warm, accepting space when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or just need room to breathe, reflect, and gently figure life out—no judgment, just support.

Hi there, I’m so glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wake Forest University and certification as a Health and Wellness Coach. I believe therapy should feel like a safe and welcoming space—no judgment, no pressure, and no need to have it all figured out. Life is messy, and we’re all constantly growing. I see therapy as a place to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself—whether you’re carrying something heavy or just trying to make sense of the next chapter. Wherever you are in life, you deserve support that meets you there. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in building a relationship that feels safe and genuine. I want you to feel like you can exhale when you walk into the room. I draw from several evidence-based approaches based on your needs and goals.
