To those who find themselves on a road less traveled, I see you. I am proud of you.

Dearest Ones, you have permission to "feel better". I practice from an eclectic perspective of trauma-based, somatic, neuro-affirming, Earth-based foundation, offering Sound/Movement Therapies, Somatic Therapies, utilizing dance, yoga, mindfulness, and therapeutic drumming/instruments. I am passionate about working with the Medicine of the Drum and providing folks an opportunity to connect with Earth-based wisdom, welcoming an expanded awareness and connection to the Authentic Self. I approach the therapeutic experience with a humanistic, strength-based approach, utilizing evidence-based strategies and working with clients to collaboratively set goals to meet unique needs and desired therapeutic outcomes. I have been practicing now for 11 years and have provided treatment in a variety of settings, ranging from public and private higher education student health centers, in-patient hospitals, community mental health, and currently my practice at Taproot Therapy. I provide care for clients 18+ in age, of all backgrounds, identities, and cultures into my practice. With gratitude, joy & peace, Jen
