Hello there! My name is Jennifer Smith. I am licensed Mental Health Counselor (LPC) and the Owner/Founder of LifeSpark Counseling and Coaching.

I work with a wide range of issues including: depression, anxiety, unresolved emotional issues, grief and loss, relational/family concerns, and substance abuse. I also love providing counseling to couples as well.
