I’m a licensed therapist and licensed school counselor with experience in the clinical and school settings. I’m especially passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive, creating a safe space for growth and self-discovery. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and identities, and it’s important to me that you feel truly seen, heard, and accepted in our work together. Through counseling, we’ll explore ways to gain insight, build resilience, and develop practical coping skills. Together, we’ll identify the barriers that may be getting in the way of the life you want to live—and take steps toward healing and meaningful change.
