She believes in using an integrative approach while focusing on holistic wellness-based methods to optimize overall health and quality of life in her clients by addressing mental, physical, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. Jennifer is passionate about developing a caring and therapeutic relationship with each of her patients. She strives to empower her patients to have an active role in their treatment by using a combination of psychotherapy, nutrition, exercise, medication, and procedures such as Spravato and transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS). She believes in treating the individual and their symptoms, not just a diagnosis.
