Jennifer La Barge

Therapy provides a space and time for us to confront ourselves, our loved ones, and our struggles with bravery and honesty. Through the processing of building our awareness and understanding, we find ways of responding to ourselves, our lives, and our loved ones with greater intention and care. I graduated from Wichita State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work and from Friends University with a Master of Science in Family Therapy. My therapeutic lens tends to be systemic and relational, meaning I see us as social beings, impacted greatly by the world around us. We are multidimensional and just when we think we have ourselves or someone else figured out, there's more to learn! I am a life long learner and look forward to learning alongside you. Through my education and experience, I have developed the skills and insight necessary to assist children as young as 10 years of age, adolescents, and adults.
