I look forward to assisting you on your journey towards your desired change, health, and well-being.

I am glad you have made the courageous decision to seek therapy. Taking care of our mental health and relationships is just as important as taking care of our physical well-being. Seeking therapy can help alleviate your symptoms of distress, improve your overall well-being, and assist you in more effectively navigating relationships. I look forward to collaboratively assisting you to make the changes you desire. My approach to therapy is strengths-based, compassionate, and collaborative. I utilize evidence-based strategies to assist with effective change. I enjoy working with individuals, couples, and families from all backgrounds. You are uniquely you and so we will search for solutions unique to you and your situation. A bit about me. My name is Dr. Jennifer Jay and I am a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist.
