By fostering a safe and therapeutic environment, Jennifer Hernandez helps individuals find the space they need to grow and improve their overall quality of life. Based in Texas, she is a Licensed Professional Counselor who has been in clinical practice since 2021. Jennifer works with young adults and adults, specifically supporting individuals aged 18 to 40. Her clinical work is informed by therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and the development of parenting skills. She is also experienced in navigating complex situations such as court-ordered treatment, current legal matters, disability paperwork, parental custody issues, workers' compensation, and support for those recently discharged from psychiatric hospitals. Outside of her clinical practice, Jennifer prioritizes self-care through long evening walks with her two dogs. An avid reader, she enjoys starting her mornings with a book and a cup of coffee.
