I am client centered specializing in helping students manage depression, anxiety, life transitions and personal relationships. My primary goal in therapy is to develop a strong therapeutic relationship involving lots of support and skills to help you manage your struggles. My goal is to help you gain insight about yourself so that you can improve and reduce negative symptoms.
