I believe that you are the expert in your own life and that with the right tools and support in place, each of us is able to make changes.

As a practitioner, I primarily draw on the modalities of Internal Family Systems and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy. These modalities help to shape the way in which I frame our work together along with an awareness of how familial, cultural, and societal expectations influence and shape our habitual patterns. I believe in normalizing mental health struggles and use self-disclosure at times to that end. I find that this helps to decrease stigma and can help Individuals feel more comfortable sharing their own struggles and journeys. I’m both passionate about and experienced in working with individuals to collaboratively find ways to explore how trauma impacts our experience and perception both via internal stimuli as well as in how we interact with the world around us. Additionally, I'm dedicated to building meaningful connections with clients, bringing a personalized and empathetic touch to every interaction. Passionate about inclusivity and authenticity, I especially enjoy supporting and collaborating with fellow members of LGBTQIA+ communities, fostering a sense of belonging and understanding in all my work. I also specialize in working with individuals who have developed insight but want to work toward that next level of healing old wounds. A niche group I love working with is my fellow therapists.
