Hello! My name is Jen. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor located in Medina, Ohio.

I received my Master’s in Clinical Mental Health and Certificate in Chemical Dependency at Cleveland State University. I have education and experience in public health including sex education, working with people living with HIV/AIDS, and people experiencing Intimate Partner Violence. I am passionate about weaving my past experiences with mental health counseling. My background allows me to understand how our lived experiences shape our identity. Whether you're navigating relationships, exploring your identity, working through parenting challenges, or dealing with trauma, I am here to listen and support you. I believe our families and environments hold stories from generations and affect our ability to thrive. In our work I use family systems, emotion-focused therapy and somatic practices. It is a great honor to hear your story. Our relationship will focus on building trust and safety in order to explore the past and foster hope for the future.
