(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
I specialize in eating disorders, anxiety, depression, and addiction. HAES® aligned, trauma-informed, & create a safe and inclusive space for everyone.
Hello! I go by Jenn and use she, her pronouns. I studied Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marymount University and have been working in the mental health field since 2016. I've worked with clients who struggle with eating disorders, addiction, depressive disorders, and anxiety as well as in various levels of care including residential treatment center; in-home services and outpatient services work. I use evidence-based and solution-focused interventions in the work I do with clients including CBT ( cognitive behavioral therapy) and DBT ( Dialectical behavioral therapy) techniques . I also enjoy using creative interventions in the work that we do to allow for self exploration and discovery through the therapeutic process.
