Accepting, caring, and compassionate provider where you can be you.

I am excited about meeting new people. I have been in the mental health field for over 24 years, and I have been a therapist for over 13 years. I enjoy working with individuals over the age of 12 and couples. Over the past couple of years, I have tailored my practice to meet the needs of individuals struggling with domestic violence, sexual assault, anxiety, depression, loss and grief, anger issues, trauma, PTSD, addiction, and relationship issues. I am also a LGBTQIA affirming therapist. When a person comes into my office, I want them to feel comfortable and relaxed. I hope to see you soon, so I can help you begin the journey back to a healthy well-being.
