Accepting, caring, and compassionate provider where you can be you.

I’m passionate about connecting with people and creating a safe, supportive space where clients feel comfortable, heard, and respected. With more than 30 years of experience in the mental health field and practicing as a therapist since 2009, I work with individuals ages 14 and older, as well as couples. In recent years, I have focused my practice on supporting individuals facing challenges related to domestic violence, sexual assault, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, anger management, trauma, PTSD, addiction, and relationship concerns. I am also proud to provide LGBTQIA-affirming care. My goal is to help each person who walks into my office feel at ease and supported as they begin their path toward healing and emotional well-being. I look forward to meeting you and being part of your journey toward a healthier, more fulfilling life.
