My specialty is in working with graduate and professional students seeking help managing anxiety. I am warm, curious, and down-to-earth.

I currently have openings at 9:30am on Tuesdays, and 2:00pm on Thursdays. Doing psychotherapy is the best part of my job. My specialty is in working with medical, nursing, law, and other graduate and professional students seeking help managing anxiety and trauma. I focus on being warm, curious, and down-to-earth. I have been practicing for 11 years, conducting psychotherapy sessions, but also working as a professor teaching courses to the undergraduate, graduate, and professional student populations. I approach treatment primarily from an interpersonal psychology perspective, informed by evolutionary psychology as well as my prior training in solution-focused therapies, positive psychology, and exposure therapies. People or all backgrounds and identities are welcome here.
