Jenna (J) Stack

J Stack is a queer, non-binary Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, as well as a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist. J founded Moonbow Mental Health, PLLC in 2021. Their vision was to offer a therapy practice to serve the LGBTQ+ community in North Carolina. J’s work focuses on creating room for clients to live authentically and teaching them to take up space without apologizing. J helps clients heal from systemic trauma by targeting harmful thought patterns that interfere with building self-compassion, practicing assertive communication and boundary setting skills, and providing support that focuses on gentleness, care, and respect for each unique perspective. J believes these are the ingredients needed to motivate folks to realize their potential and worth, and to develop the awareness to see how their relationship with themselves can interfere with their goals. J is passionate about helping clients gain a new perspective that allows them to let go of judgment and shame, connect authentically with others, and reclaim their power.
