Jenna (J) Stack

J Stack is a queer, non-binary Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor, Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist, and owner of Moonbow Mental Health, PLLC. Moonbow Mental Health focuses on serving the LGBTQ+ community in North Carolina. J’s work prioritizes creating room for clients to live authentically and teaching them to take up space without apologizing. J helps clients target harmful thought patterns that interfere with building self-compassion, teaches assertive communication and boundary setting skills, and provides support that focuses on gentleness, care, and respect for each unique perspective. J believes these are the ingredients needed to motivate folks to realize their potential and worth, and to develop the awareness to see how their relationship with themselves can interfere with their goals. J is passionate about helping clients gain a new perspective that allows them to let go of judgment and shame, connect authentically with others, and reclaim their power.
