As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I am passionate about helping my clients learn to thrive in their own unique circumstances. I strive to make all clients feel heard, valued, and empowered. ​I am passionate about creating a therapeutic environment of unconditional acceptance and positive regard with clients. I utilize a strengths-based approach and enjoy assisting clients on their journey of developing their fullest potential and learning to thrive in their environment. ​I incorporate strategies from a variety of different therapy approaches depending on the specific client including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy. ​I am so honored that you are considering me to walk alongside you in your journey towards healing.
