I have been working in the mental health field for 13 years. I enjoy working with young adults and treat anxiety, depression, neurodiversity, self-injurious behaviors, mood instability, OCD, and adjustment disorders. I am pretty down to earth, but also can be direct. I enjoy spending time with my family, eating ice cream any time of year, and board games.
