You're emotionally supporting everyone else, who's emotionally supporting you? I help LGBTQ+ folks rediscover their needs and feel secure with themselves.

As a LGBTQ+ person you’re no stranger to challenging previous understandings of yourself. You’ve settled more into your queer identity, but you still have a tough time setting boundaries and feeling confident in yourself. You’ve been treading water for a while now, and you’re ready to find some better ways to keep afloat. You’re ready to make a change. You’re ready to be free from past emotional burdens that sometime come up unexpectedly. Most of all, you’re ready to feel more secure with yourself and your worth. I want to help you get there. Clients come to me looking for a bi/queer therapist who isn’t afraid to sit in the hard feelings, because therapy should be a place where you feel less alone in the hard stuff. Sessions with me are focused on feeling your feelings, learning to accept compassion for yourself, and expanding your sense of self. Together we will get curious about what your emotions are telling us you need. We will help you (re)discover yourself. If you’re seeking a therapist who is trauma-conscious, anti-racist, and specialized in serving bisexual, transgender, and nonbinary people, schedule a free consult with me.
