Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT)
Reaching out for help can be anxiety provoking and I believe it is important to provide a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space for the client to share.
Jenae earned her Master’s degree from Friends University in Marriage and Family Therapy and has experience in working with individuals, couples, and families. Jenae works with clients that are struggling with anxiety, depression, relational issues, trauma, life transitions or just feeling stuck in life. Reaching out for help can be anxiety-provoking and Jenae believes it is important to provide a safe, warm, and non-judgmental space for the client to share their story while uncovering their strength and resilience from within. Jenae has training in Gottman Level 1 Couples Therapy, Prepare and Enrich Assessment for premarital/couple counseling, and Sand-tray. Jenae takes a systemic approach to therapy and believes our relationships are vital to our health and well-being. Jenae is also an insight-driven therapist who believes that with self-understanding and awareness you can learn to live and approach life with more intentionality.
