Little Seed Counseling, PLLC specializes in trauma informed, inclusive therapy for neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ teens and adults.
Hi! I’m Jena, the owner of Little Seed Counseling! Our team of compassionate, licensed clinicians provides therapy for individuals and couples, specializing in neurodivergent support, trauma recovery, LGBTQ+ identity, anxiety, and relationship issues. We offer both in-person and virtual sessions, and our care is rooted in values of creativity, curiosity, collaboration, and community. At Little Seed, we believe that healing happens in safe, inclusive spaces. That’s why we prioritize neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQIA+ affirming care, and continually work to learn and grow as clinicians and humans. Outside of the therapy room, we’re also involved in the community—supporting local events, providing resources, and building partnerships with like-minded providers to expand access to affirming care. If you’re looking for a therapist, someone on our team is likely a great fit—and we’d love to help you get connected.
