I welcome and affirm all identities in my practice, and specialize in working with LGBTQIA+ and gender expansive folks.

Hello! Glad you are here. Therapy can be a challenging and daunting experience to begin and I am looking forward to working with you. I have worked in a variety of settings while training and beyond, and am particularly passionate working with those in the LGBQIA+ community, gender expansive folks, and those struggling with managing and/or understanding themselves within their relationships. The basis for my therapeutic style is focused on Feminist Relational frameworks and Attachment theory where rapport building and identifying each client's individual needs and goals in our time working with each other is key. Connected to rapport building, understanding the systems in which we operate on a daily basis and the impacts from these systems is paramount in conceptualizing how we experience ourselves and the world around us.
