Hi, I'm Jen, I have 10 years of experience in community mental health. I specialize in trauma-focused care, Health at Every Size, LGBTQIA+ issues, and working with children and adults. With a background in eating disorder research and personal experience, I offer compassionate support for those struggling with eating disorders and fatphobia.
