Jeleesha McNair

Jeleesha McNair, MSW, LCSW is a Behavioral Health Therapist II at Avance Primary Care in Charlotte, NC. She offers both telehealth and in-person therapy. Jeleesha is a LCSW with over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. She has served diverse populations in various settings to include the public school system, community-based mental health, psychiatric residential treatment facility (PRTF) and outpatient therapy. She earned her Master of Social Work degree at the University of Southern California and BSW from NC Central University. Jeleesha utilizes evidenced-based practice, CBT to help her patients decrease various mental health symptoms. She has specialized training to address anxiety, trauma, depression, and conduct problems affecting children/adolescents.
