(He/Him/His)
Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)
With over 20 years of experience, I am dedicated to helping adults learn ways to cope with and manage negative thoughts and feelings.
With over 20 years of therapy experience, I am dedicated to helping adult men and women learn ways to cope with and manage negative thoughts, feelings, and emotions. I specialize in working with Trauma, PTSD, grief, loss, and the associated symptoms that come with those, including depresison and anxiety. I have developed experience and expertise in how the simple but not easy changes to our everyday life can help with stress, depression, anxiety, relationships, and trauma. By using a variety of methods we will develop solutions to find more meaning in life, desire to live, and acceptance of the past. I am dedicated to helping you achieve your goals and am committed to doing this in a way that is respectful and compassionate. I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social worker with a master’s from Augsburg College and am currently working toward a Ph.D. in Depth Psychology. I have worked in various settings, but I most enjoy working in my current one, as the owner of Being Integrative Psychotherapy, where I can work 1-on-1 with each person to tailor specific goals and plans.
