Compassionate Psychologist offers a safe and supportive space for you to tackle life challenges and heal

Are you feeling stressed, stuck, or hopeless about the future of your life or relationships? You’re not alone, and meaningful change is possible. Therapy can help you feel more connected, improve your ability to perform at school and on-the-job, and give you tools to manage life's challenges with clarity and confidence. It takes a lot of courage to open up to someone you don’t know. That's why I strive to create an environment in which you feel safe and truly seen and understood. As a bilingual licensed psychologist with nearly two decades of experience, I’ve provided therapy to individuals and families across the life spectrum in a variety of outpatient settings, including community mental health centers, universities, and private practice. I specialize in helping clients manage anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and grief. Tambien ofrezco terapia en espanol! My compassionate and collaborative approach considers how your unique life experiences may be affecting your well-being today. Together, we will explore contributing factors, develop effective strategies for coping and healing, and work toward growth, peace, and improved relationships. I look forward to hearing from you!
