I believe in life we will all need some form of assistance. The unforeseen barriers that life presents often become challenging and sometimes unbearable. I understand that with guidance, compassion and support, you’ll be able to take control of your life and succeed at whatever you set forth to do. I am experienced and proficient in aiding individuals on this ever-changing journey of life. My approach is to learn about you as you are and challenge you to grow at your own pace. My goal is to help you achieve your goals while learning to cope with the day-to-day stressors that life may bring. It is never too late to get a fresh start or maybe you just need someone to listen. I know that I can provide you with assistance you need to start your healing journey. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Person Centered Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy when conducting my therapy sessions.
