I use a mix of talk therapy and skills training to address your needs. Through the use of CBT, I can assist you in identifying and making changes to your thoughts and behaviors that are not serving you and preventing recovery. Through the use of DBT, RO-DBT, and other modalities, I can teach you new skills to enhance your progress towards your goals. Through the use of EMDR, I can help you get relief from traumatic experiences that continue to affect your daily life.
