Jaresa Ross Bey
(She/Her/Hers)
Certified Clinical Social Worker (CSW)
A safe space to heal your heart, nurture your spirit, and reclaim your strength.
For nearly three decades I’ve had the honor of walking alongside adults, children, and families as they heal, grow, and reclaim their lives. My path to social work began with a deep calling to serve others and has been shaped by both advanced training in social work and play therapy, as well as the countless powerful stories shared with me over the years. I specialize in supporting women who have experienced trauma, intimate partner violence, sexual assault, and emotional abuse. I understand how complex and layered healing can be. That’s why I focus on creating a safe, affirming, and compassionate space where you can reclaim your voice, rebuild trust in yourself, and reconnect with your inner strength. In my practice, Dealing & Healing, I guide clients through the four pillars I live by: self-care wellness, self-love, self-compassion, and self-awareness. These pillars are woven into every session, alongside trauma-informed care principles. I believe healing happens when your pace is honored, your safety is prioritized, and your strengths are celebrated. Together, we’ll focus on establishing healthy boundaries, nurturing mind and body, and building practices that support long-term resilience. Outside of private practice, my experience has stretched across hospital settings, community mental health, and crisis intervention, where I’ve supported individuals through some of their most vulnerable moments. I’ve worked with survivors of chronic trauma, those navigating systemic barriers, and individuals living with dual diagnoses. As an educator and advocate, I also train the next generation of social workers and facilitate Mental Health First Aid, because I believe in equipping communities to better understand and respond to mental health needs. Above all, my approach is rooted in warmth, respect, and deep empathy. I don’t see myself as someone who “fixes”, instead, I walk beside you, offering support, guidance, and belief in your ability to heal. Your journey is uniquely yours, and I’m grateful to be part of it.
