It can be tough to feel seen, heard and understood. Even day-to-day life experiences can be painful if you're feeling alone and vulnerable and the idea of starting or restarting therapy and finding the right fit can be intimidating. You may worry that you wont find a therapist who takes time to understand you and what you're going through without judgement. For every client, I provide stability and compassion as we begin understanding and resolving any of life's issues. I use a collaborative and client centered approach to treat issues such as grief, loss, anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use/abuse and it's affect on the family, infidelity, intimacy and post divorce issues. I also use EMDR, solution focused therapy, psychodynamic and CBT approaches to effectively treat the entire person.
