Counseling to Jaqui, is an intimate and relational invitation, rooted in trust, to the path of self-discovery.

You may want to heal wounds from the past. You may want to change coping skills that are no longer serving their purpose. You may want to feel better about yourself, improve relationships with others or face unresolved traumas that are affecting your well-being. Jaqui provides a safe space, tools to calm your anxiety, heal your suffering, help you see the value in yourself and experience greater well-being. Counseling to Jaqui, is an intimate and relational invitation, rooted in trust, to the path of self-discovery. You will experience a nonjudgmental presence with an integrative approach to talk therapy which can include brain-based techniques, mindfulness exercises and sand tray therapy. Jaqui works collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families who seek assistance with life challenges. Jaqui has experience working with children 12 years old through individuals in late adulthood. Change can be scary and difficult at time, together we can uncover the right path of healing for you.
