My area of interest is stress, anxiety and how people can manage life to the fullest.
My area of interest is stress, anxiety and how people can manage life to the fullest. Most of my learning and effort has a been in how relationships influence functioning and how individuals can manage relationships towards a better life. When people are interested I often include biofeedback and neurofeedback in sessions for the useful information these interventions provide.
