I have a passion for creating spaces where individuals can feel heard, validated, and understood in the ways that support healing and wellness.

There are moments in our lives where we can benefit from additional support. Whether you desire better personal or intimate relationships, you are going through a life transition, or you are adjusting to recent change in your health, you have taken the first and most difficult step by seeking support . I have a special interest in working with individuals with intersecting identities, People of Color, immigrant populations, pregnant or postpartum women of color, biracial adults (who have experienced anti-blackness, monoracism or other forms of oppression), adults who have chronic illness or terminal illness, and professionals experiencing symptoms of cultural isolation, underrepresentation, stereotype threat, burnout, secondary traumatic stress, and compassion fatigue.  My practice and the support I offer clients is informed by my training and my personal experiences as a single mother with a mixed ethnic background who was raised in the West Indies. I am committed to providing access to mental health support and overall wellness for people of color.
