Cuaresma Counseling is inclusive to all, so come as you are. I believe motivated adults and couples can change, and together, we can take the first step.

I offer culturally competent care for each of my clients. I start with listening to your story, including your needs and present challenges. I provide proven techniques, such as tapping into strengths and resources, employing mindfulness within daily activities, creating healthy habits, and evaluating unwanted thoughts in a structured format. I also integrate EMDR or Brainspotting for concerns related to trauma. I focus on Gen Z and Millennials experiencing difficult life decisions and transitions, including anxiety and grief. Together, we will create a custom plan to get you moving forward, and I will support your progress along the way. I offer an easygoing approach, an inclusive space, and in-person or telehealth appointments to fit your schedule. Making people feel heard and supported is my goal. I guide you to learn healthy coping strategies, move past traumatic experiences, and rebuild your relationship after infidelity. Book online today for a free consultation (https://calendly.com/cuaresmacounseling), and we’ll take the first step together.
