(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), National Certified Counselor (NCC)
My mission is to help clients find mental health relief, confidence in themselves, & embrace their creativity in order to find balance & wellness.
My clients are adults and young adults who struggle with transition points, stress management, boundaries, and identity exploration which includes sense of purpose, career, self & gender. My clients desire a space to be truly seen and heard just as they are; messy, creative, and eager to take on life. My background in psychology, art, and counseling give me a unique combination of experience and skill. I have a Bachelors in Psychology with a Minor in Art History, a Masters in Mental Health Counseling, and I am licensed in Texas as a Professional Counselor (LPC) and in Florida as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), while also holding a national certification as a Board Certified Registered Art therapist (ATR-BC). I have spent over 10 years working with adults, young adults, and teens helping them improve their ability to manage life stressors & increase their self-esteem, while learning to set healthy emotional boundaries with others.
