I am a seasoned clinician with extensive training, specializing in trauma, PTSD, and EMDR. I provide a safe environment and my approach is interactive.

Many of the people I work with have complicated histories and families. They have struggled with relationships and symptoms of one kind or another and come to therapy to share their experiences, sometimes for the very first time. My approach is interactive, providing treatment which includes educating you about present day experiences, as well as helping you understand influences from the past. My role is to help you identify unhealthy patterns and explore emotions that may be impeding you in your life. Together we will explore relationships, thoughts, and feelings in order for the present to be addressed differently. Therapy is a learning process through which you can develop the potential to make profound changes for your future. While I work with a myriad of issues, I specialize in Trauma, PTSD, and Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing. My approach to therapy utilizes Contemporary Psychoanalysis, Attachment Theory, Trauma Theory, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and EMDR.
