Hello! I focus on supporting college students who may be experiencing general overwhelm, interpersonal stressors, anxiety, depression, and/or the impacts of trauma. College life can be overwhelming, filled with academic pressures, relationship dynamics, and the search for identity. I work to create a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings openly, as we work together on developing coping skills, improving mental health, and enhancing overall well-being. My focus on evidence-based techniques ensures that our sessions are both meaningful and actionable, helping you feel empowered in navigating this transformative time.
