Janelle works collaboratively with authenticity, empathy, and humor to create a safe, non-judgmental space where patients can confront their inner conflicts. Her warm, person-centered approach uses trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy and eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR). She strives to help patients meet their goals and understands the value of addressing people as a whole and integrative, not just as the disorder or issue they wish to heal. Janelle enjoys reading, watching movies, attending plays, and traveling. She loves live music and is always looking to broaden her Spotify playlists.
