Jane Williams
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
I help individuals understand their story and strengths so they can craft a life full of meaning and purpose.
Life is found in the both/and, not the either/or: Joy and pain, struggle and victory, happiness and sadness, celebration and grief, etc. My approach is holistic and multimodal, meaning I integrate various types of therapy approaches according to the needs of each unique client. I believe therapy can look like whatever the client needs it to: talking, expressive arts, taking a walk outside, and more. I work with individuals who are feeling overwhelmed, burnt out and stuck. Addiction, ADHD, trauma, anxiety/depression, and parenting are all issues I help with. Whether you need new coping skills or a space to explore your story, I will walk alongside you. Whatever has brought you to this space, know that it is an act of courage. The bravest thing you can do is not only ASK for help, but ACCEPT it. I do not work in the business of "quick fixes." There is hard work in the healing but there is great freedom on the other side.
