Many clients reach out to me when they feel ovewhelmed, anxious, stuck or burntout. Sometimes, the overthinking has become so draining, they have lost the motivation to do the things they used to enjoy and they don't know how to get back to feeling better. If you are struggling with any of these symptoms, I'd like to help. We will work together to create a plan that will allow you disengage from the overwhelming or anxious thoughts, and build on skills to allow you live the life you want to live. My expertise shines in areas like coping with anxiety, depression, burnout and overthinking, navigating relationship challenges, dating, meeting new friends, and guiding individuals through the complexities of loss and trauma. I help couples preparing for marriage or welcome a new addition to the family. Whether you are wanting to improve your life, are starting college, going through a transition, launching a fresh career, or embracing a new single life, email me and see if we're a fit to go through this together. My passion is helping individuals develop a vision so they can have a rewarding life, overcome challenges and continue on a path of healthy growth.
