Jane Finch
(She/Her/Hers)
Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
I provide interpersonal and collaborative treatment of mood and anxiety disorders, trauma, substance use disorders and concerns about climate disruption.
I am a clinical social worker in private practice and have over 25 years of experience helping people struggling with depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, grief, relational conflicts, substance use disorders and the effects of past trauma. Lately I have been addressing my own concerns about climate disruption and am willing to assist clients with similar existential anxieties. My approach is interpersonal and collaborative. I frequently make use of mindfulness training, cognitive-behavioral strategies, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) in my efforts to help. Clients of all backgrounds and identities are welcome in my practice.
