I am licensed professional counselor who provides individual and couples therapy for adolescents (16+) and adults. I provide therapy for those struggling with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and relationship difficulties. I am also a Certified EMDR Therapist and a Certified Gottman Method Couples Therapist.
