I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in individual, family, and trauma therapy.

I have always been passionate about helping others reclaim their sense of safety, strength, identity, and peace. Within a supportive and nonjudgmental environment, I will work alongside you as you heal from past and current traumas, break free from negative generational patterns, tackle normative life transitions, and learn more effective communication and coping skills. I also am passionate about supporting Black and people of color in developing a strong and positive racial identity.
