No fancy psychobabble here. I am a down-to-earth and approachable therapist that knows how to help you overcome anxiety and overwhelm. I use a combination of Christian faith-based and cognitive behavioral therapies to lift the fear and overwhelming stress. I am easygoing and relatable, which helps me to quickly build strong relationships with my clients. Each session we will focus on your top concerns and you will feel authenticity, genuine connection, and warm and focused support. In our sessions, I draw on my training as a clinical therapist, personal insights, hundreds of hours of research, not to mention all of the nuggets of wisdom learned from counseling people for 12 years… all laser focused on your concerns and issues, personalized specifically to help YOU find solutions and experience real breakthrough.
