Mental health care that actually fits your schedule.

At Proximity Wellness (PRX), we keep mental health care simple, personal, and accssible. We're a small, family-owned practice led by psychiatric nurse practitioner Jamie Guy, built around one idea: people deserve direct, honest care without the usual barriers. We work closely with students and yound professionals navigating ADHD, anxiety, depression, and the everyday pressure that comes with balancing school, work, and life. Our approach is practical and collaborative. That might include medication when it's appropriate, but it can also include real strategies you can actually use day to day. No overcomplication and no one-size-fits all plans. What makes PRX different is how we show up. You're not waiting weeks for a response. You have direct access to your provider, consistent follow-up, and care that adjusts as your needs change. We take the time to listen, explain, and build a plan that makes sense for you. If you're looking for straightforward, supportive care that meets you where you are, that's what we do.
